NOMA Gallery in Ocala, Florida!
Chronoequinology features stainless steel parts made from Coca Cola's salvaged factory objects. The solid brass highlights were cut from old school door kickplates, cleaned of old paint, sanded, cut, formed on an anvil with a rubber mallet, and polished to a high luster by hand. The head was built on a vintage motorcycle gas tank from Jack's Rebel Cycles in Eustis,FL, and there are many unique parts, such as brass and copper vintage chandeliers, automotive parts, transmission gears, moped parts, motorcycle components, electrical conduit, and citrus juice factory salvaged stainless steel pipes and accessories.
Chrono has over 650 hours of labor time and involved forging, TIG welding, MIG welding, and a little engineering combined with riveting to assemble the whole form.
